CalmPulse products are digital downloads, normally delivered as PDF files unless a product page says otherwise. After checkout, you can access your download through the confirmation page and an emailed download link. No physical item is shipped.

If a file is missing, unreadable, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact CalmPulse support with your order details. We will review the issue and help with delivery or access first. Requests are reviewed based on the order and issue details; digital downloads are not eligible for automatic refunds.

Downloads are for personal use only unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. You may not share, upload, resell, or redistribute the files, or claim ownership of the files or designs. Classroom, client, therapy, and professional use are not included unless explicitly licensed.

CalmPulse collects and uses information needed to process orders, deliver downloads, provide support, and operate the storefront. If you have a privacy question, contact support.
