If you believe material on the CalmPulse storefront infringes your copyright, email team@calmpulse.madethis.app with a written notice. Please include enough detail for us to understand and review the report.

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The specific CalmPulse page or material you want us to review.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review notices that contain sufficient information and may remove or restrict access to the reported material when appropriate. We may contact you or the person who supplied the material if we need additional information to assess the report.

If material you provided is removed or restricted and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email.
