DMCA & copyright
CalmPulse respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes copyright and how a counter-notice works.
Sending a copyright complaint
If you believe material on the CalmPulse storefront infringes your copyright, email team@calmpulse.madethis.app with a written notice. Please include enough detail for us to understand and review the report.
What to include
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The specific CalmPulse page or material you want us to review.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review and response
We will review notices that contain sufficient information and may remove or restrict access to the reported material when appropriate. We may contact you or the person who supplied the material if we need additional information to assess the report.
Counter-notices
If material you provided is removed or restricted and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, provide your contact information and signature, and include the consent required by applicable law.
