- How do I get my files after purchase?
- After checkout, your files are delivered digitally through the confirmation page and emailed download link. Keep your order email so you can find your download details later.
- Who are these resources for?
- CalmPulse resources are made for autistic children, teens, adults, and the parents, caregivers, teachers, or support people helping with routines, transitions, regulation, and communication.
- Can I use them right away?
- Yes. The downloads are designed to be simple to start using. Print the pages you need, choose the routines or supports that fit your situation, and adjust as needed.
- Are these physical products?
- No. CalmPulse sells digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped.
- Can I share the files with someone else?
- No. CalmPulse downloads are for personal use only unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Please do not share, upload, resell, redistribute, or give away the original files.
- Can I use these in a classroom or therapy setting?
- Only if the product page or license clearly allows it. By default, CalmPulse downloads are for personal use. If classroom, client, or professional use is allowed later, that should be stated clearly on the product page.
- Are these medical or therapy resources?
- No. CalmPulse products are practical support tools for routines, organization, communication, and regulation. They are not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for professional care.
- What should I do if a file is missing or unreadable?
